Where can I find the questionnaire?

Great question! Simply put, after payment of package. In more detail, during the check out stage your email will be required. After payment is complete a personal page with password will be set up for you where you can access the questionnaire and also your designs. Please allow 24 hours between payment and receiving personal page details.

When can I expect my designs?

Timeframes will vary dependant on what you have ordered. Please allow up to 7 business days for a Mood Board & 3-4 weeks for Design Concept & Renders. Remember the more descriptive you are in your questionnaire and the more images you provide the better!

Do I have to provide exact measurements of my room?

Exact measurements would be great but no, estimates work well too. The reason for it is so I have a clearer idea of space and what furnishings might fit, also creating realistic floor plans & renders require measurements. Don’t forget your windows and doors!

Can I add on to my package at all?

So you purchased and received a Mood Board and then decide you would also like a Design Concept, or perhaps even a Render, yes, absolutely. You can use the contact form and I can make that work for you.
